About this project
An exquisite product demands exquisite presentation. We spent plenty of time with the Manouche team this year as we worked to create their brand and launch their business. The Manouche philosophy is all about attention to detail, and not skimping on the ingredients or cutting corners on the preparation process. In line with that approach, we teamed up with food photographer Sean Mallia to create a set of photographs that bring across the perfectionism and passion that go into every Manouche morsel.
